Our primary products are digital legal document templates and related digital and document automation services. Because these products are delivered electronically and are available immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once a product has been accessed or downloaded.
3. Refund Eligibility

•Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order.
•Non-delivery: You were charged but did not receive access due to a verified technical issue.
•Material technical defect: A file is unusable due to a verified technical issue that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.
We do not provide refunds for:
•Change of mind after access or download.
•Dissatisfaction based on personal preference when the product functions as described.
•Failure to use the product after successful purchase and delivery.
